Gracefully ("the app") is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data and do not sell or share your

personal information.

Data We Collect

Gracefully does not collect or store any personal information on our servers. All data (saved messages, settings,

usage count) is stored locally on your device using iOS storage.

AI Message Generation

When you generate a message, the situation and tone you selected are sent to Anthropic's API to produce a response. No

personally identifiable information is attached to these requests. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data

processed through their API: anthropic.com/privacy

Purchases

If you subscribe to Gracefully Pro, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have

access to your payment information.

Analytics

Gracefully does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools.

Children's Privacy

Gracefully is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
